1. Products Purchased Through JustAdkart
Products purchased through JustAdkart may be eligible for return or replacement within 7 days of delivery if the product is:
- Damaged during delivery
- Defective
- Incorrectly delivered
- Significantly different from the product description
The product should be unused and returned with its original packaging, accessories, and invoice wherever applicable.
2. Third-Party Seller Products
For products purchased from third-party sellers listed on JustAdkart, all return and refund requests must be submitted through JustAdkart.
Our team will review and verify the request and coordinate with the respective seller. If the request is found valid, the return, replacement, or refund will be processed in accordance with the applicable seller policy and our verification process.
JustAdkart acts as a marketplace platform connecting buyers and sellers and may facilitate communication and resolution between both parties.
3. Non-Returnable Products
The following may not be eligible for return or refund:
- Used or customer-damaged products
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Products without original packaging or required accessories
- Digital products or downloadable services
- Digital marketing services
- Website design and development services
- SEO and online advertising services
- Other services that have already commenced
Exceptions may apply where required under applicable law.
4. Return Request Process
To request a return or replacement:
- Contact JustAdkart within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your order details and reason for the request.
- Share photographs or videos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product where required.
- Our team will review the request.
- If approved, return instructions will be provided.
- The product may be inspected before the final refund or replacement decision.
5. Refund Processing
Once a return is approved and the product has been received and inspected, the eligible refund will generally be processed within 5–10 business days.
The actual time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may depend on your bank, payment gateway, or financial institution.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch, subject to the applicable seller’s cancellation policy.
Once an order has been dispatched or a service has commenced, cancellation may not be possible.

Payments for services such as:
- Website Design & Development
- SEO Services
- Digital Marketing
- Social Media Marketing
- Google Ads Management
- Google Business Profile Optimization
- Branding & Graphic Design
- Content Creation
- Business Listing Services
- Business Membership Plans
may become non-refundable once the service, project, listing, or membership has been activated or work has commenced, except where otherwise agreed in writing or required by applicable law.
8. Membership Plans
Membership fees paid for JustAdkart membership plans are generally non-refundable after activation.
Membership benefits, listing limits, promotional features, validity, and other inclusions will depend on the plan purchased.
JustAdkart reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership if the member violates our Terms & Conditions or provides false or misleading information.
9. Shipping & Return Charges
Return shipping charges may be the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is approved because of an incorrect, defective, or damaged product attributable to the seller or delivery process.
The applicable return shipping arrangement will be communicated during the return process.
10. Refund Method
Approved refunds will normally be issued through the original payment method used for the transaction. In certain circumstances, an alternative refund method may be used after confirmation with the customer.
11. Important Notice
JustAdkart may review each return or refund request individually. Submission of a request does not automatically guarantee approval.
For marketplace purchases, the final resolution may depend on product condition, available evidence, seller policy, and the outcome of JustAdkart’s verification process.
